My membership in the Las Cruces Multiple Listing Service gives you internet access to all properties for sale region wide, including Las Cruces, Dona Ana County and more... just like a Las Cruces Realtor. There are NO client capture features! You will be able to browse my website and the MLS ANONYMOUSLY. You are able to access all parts of this site without giving me your name, email address or phone number to search for homes. I will not email or contact you unless YOU request me too. There is no need to go to multiple sites or call multiple agents anymore! ALL the homes for sale on this site can be purchased through me. Because my site is updated everyday, you are getting the most accurate information, just like a Realtor®. I do encourage you to sign up for the Realty Watcher. It will send you automatic emails when a home matching your criteria comes on the market.

Finances

It is important that you get to know the financing basics before you begin to shop for Las Cruces real estate. Do some research online and make some calls to local banks or lenders. Also, before you buy, try to minimize your debt as much as possible. Pay down on your credit cards and don’t open up new accounts. Getting pre-approved for a loan is an important task before you begin shopping for a home. You can work with your lender to figure out a price range to suit your needs and it’s quick and easy. Submitting an offer

Sellers are looking for a strong and fair offer on their property. When deciding on this, keep in mind factors such as the neighborhood, days on the market, condition of the home, etc. Sometimes an offer is accepted because of the deposit amount. The more you can afford to put down on your home, the better deal you could get and it can lower your monthly mortgage rate will be as well.
